Free cab provided for both pick and drop from doorstep(*25km radius)

Salary – 3.10-3.5 (Not Negotiable)

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass & above

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat regarding orders, delivery status, and app-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems for customers, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clear and empathetic communication to solve issues and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
