About the Role

Mega Recruitment Drive

Personal Banker (Sales & Authorizer)
Preferred Relationship Manager (PRM)
Classic Relationship Manager (PB Classic)
Branch Sales Manager (BSM)
Teller / Virtual Relationship Manager / Welcome Desk

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized banking solutions.
Generate revenue through cross-selling of banking products (CASA, Insurance, Loans, Investments, etc.).
Handle customer queries and deliver superior service experience.
Drive branch sales targets and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Support branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day banking activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA preferred) with 28 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services / Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
