Medical Writer II ((Funding e-Request)

Job Responsibilities

Experience: 3 -4 years of healthcare and life science domain Experience

Responsibilities

Computer literacy and good working knowledge of MS Office
Demonstrates determination and applies creativity in identifying and analyzing data.
Creates clear, concise written and oral communications.
Effectively clean and update different client databases, learning platforms and other web-based applications for consistency.
Provides input to project plan development.
Create and update the resource tracking sheet and status update on regular basis.
Ensures that the team understands the client s requirements and relevant information about the work that needs to be done.
Demonstrates good attention to details.
Create and update work instruction asper request management system.
Manages own workload to ensure delivery to agreed milestones.
Provides support to team members in execution of their project responsibilities.
Regularly updates team lead with project development and supporting team lead in managing the project.
Proactively identifies risks to project delivery related to own workload and raises them with associated resolution actions to Project Manager
Demonstrates commitment - work hard, be diligent, and follow through.
Is able to clearly articulate the value of the project to the client.
Builds rapport/ relationships with client colleagues.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Reviews all deliverables for accuracy and consistency before sending out to the client.
Is able to clearly articulate Syneos Health vision, mission and core values.

Candidate Profile

Post graduate Pharmaceutical/life science degree from top tier business institutes.
Relevant background in pharmaceutical/healthcare domain (so that the employee can be absorbed into one of our service lines once the project is over.

Key skill requirement

Good oral / written communication skills
Working knowledge of basic computer applications: MS Office
