Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Teleconsultants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in BHMS, BDS, MBBS or Embryology and possess excellent communication skills for patient interaction via calls and video consultations. This role is crucial in providing remote medical advice and support to our patients, specifically those interested in or seeking IVF treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.

• Provide medical advice and understand patient conditions.

• Talk to valid patients who are looking for IVF treatment or want to explore IVF options.

• Align patients with IVF experts at our different Ferty9 centres based on their convenience.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using CRM systems.

• Schedule and manage appointments with IVF experts.

• Follow up with patients to monitor their progress, address any concerns, and check if they are still prospects who haven't decided on visiting our center yet.

• Collaborate with their colleagues and center to ensure patients get to the appointed IVF expert and visit our center.

• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and guidelines. Qualifications:

• BHMS, BDS, MBBS, or degree in Embryology.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient communication, including calls and video consultations. Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.

• Proficiency in using teleconsultation platforms, CRM systems, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred Attributes:
