Medical Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Coosas advanced surgical and medical devices.
  
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic technical troubleshooting of medical equipment.
  
• Provide in-office and on-site product demonstrations for surgeons, clinicians, hospitals, and medical institutions.
  
• Assist surgeons and clinical staff during product-related procedures when required.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques, OT protocols, patient safety standards, and company guidelines.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation related to product usage, performance, and service activities.
  
• Support clinical evaluations, research activities, training programs, workshops, and product trials.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective product support and continuous improvement.
  
• Travel to hospitals and clinics for product setup, training, demonstrations, and technical support as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with medical devices or surgical instruments.
  
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, operation theatre (OT) protocols, and patient safety standards.
  
• Ability to handle maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of medical equipment.
  
• Relevant educational background in medical sciences, biomedical engineering, or allied health sciences.
  
• Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, medical device companies, or surgical environments preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with surgeons, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Willingness to travel for on-site support, training, and demonstrations.
