Medical Social Worker

Job Summary

The Medical Social Worker at SOBHA Health Care will be responsible for coordinating and supporting community-based health initiatives, including medical camps, home care services, health card management, and awareness programs. The role requires good communication skills, strong documentation ability, and a commitment to community health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize community medical camps and awareness programs.
• Identify and support patients through home care services and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain reports and records of healthcare activities.
• Manage BPL health card issuance and beneficiary records.
• Conduct health education sessions for patients, students, and community groups.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in documentation, event coordination, and general healthcare support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1–2 years in community health, hospital, or NGO settings preferred.

Skills:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong documentation and reporting ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
