Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the assigned area.
• Provide accurate feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and maintain detailed records of field activity.
• Participate in product training, marketing events, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  B.Pharma or D.Pharma

• Experience:

  2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales/medical field preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Persuasive and confident personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Good product knowledge and understanding of the pharma market.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
