Medical Sales Representative

You will be responsible for Sales and Promotion in the Sales and Marketing department at Altor Life Sciences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regularly visiting and building good relations with assigned doctors, chemists, and stockists. - Promoting Altor Life Sciences" products to healthcare professionals by providing scientific information on their benefits and persuading doctors to prescribe our medicines. - Achieving monthly and annual sales targets. In terms of Territory Management, you will be expected to: - Prepare and submit monthly Tour Plans (TP) for approval by the ASM. - Submit daily TP and strictly adhere to the approved plans. - Maintain an average of 12 doctor calls and 8 chemist calls per day. - Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR) and Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) via the sales app promptly from the call locations. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of Personal Order Booking (POB). To drive Business Growth, you will need to: - Develop strategies to expand the customer base and improve sales figures. - Identify and onboard new doctors and chemists in the assigned territory. - Implement strategies and campaigns, including facilitating medical conferences, to drive business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Competitor Analysis by: - Regularly surveying competitors" products, prices, and promotional schemes. - Reporting findings monthly to the ASM.
