Locations: Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Palanpur Experience: 2 to 7 Years (Current experience in Cosmetic/Derma segment is mandatory) Salary: Based on last drawn CTC + Allowances + Incentives Job Summary Aarsh Remedies is looking for dynamic and experienced Medical Representatives with a strong background in the Derma-Cosmetic segment to join our growing team in Gujarat. This role involves promoting our Derma- Cosmetic product portfolio, building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Product Promotion: Promote and detail Derma- Cosmetic products to doctors, specialists, and pharmacists. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare providers. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to guide strategy. Sales Reporting: Submit regular and accurate reports on daily field activity, customer interactions, and feedback. Knowledge Building: Stay informed about new product developments, treatment protocols, and medical guidelines in the Derma- Cosmetic field. Candidate Requirements Experience: 2–7 years of field experience in the Derma- Cosmetic segment (mandatory). Current Segment: Must have experience working in the Derma- Cosmetic segment. Location Preference: Candidate must currently cover or be familiar with any of the mentioned territories. Skills: Strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, effective communication, and market knowledge. Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
