Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Pharma, Ayurvedic, or FMCG sales, along with a graduate qualification. Having a 2-wheeler with a valid license is essential for this role. As a Medical Representative at Chaitanya Pharma, you will be responsible for daily visits to doctors and chemists, promoting our products, generating orders, and following up through distributors. Your key objectives will include achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability in your assigned territory, providing market feedback, and submitting daily/monthly reports. Building long-term customer relationships will be a crucial aspect of your role. In return for your contributions, we offer competitive perks and benefits. During the probation period, you can expect a salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 (+ DA/TA). Post-confirmation, you will be eligible for incentives, PF, ESIC, Accidental Insurance, Bonus, and Gratuity.
