Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion:
Introduce and sell company medicines, equipment, and devices; persuade professionals to prescribe/use them.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff.
Product Expertise:
Develop deep knowledge of products (features, benefits, dosage) and industry trends.
Market Intelligence:
Research competitors and report market feedback, needs, and trends to the company.
Reporting

& Admin:
Maintain detailed records of visits, sales, and customer interactions, often using CRM software.

Daily/Key Activities:

Visits:
Regularly visit healthcare facilities (clinics, hospitals) to meet professionals.
Presentations:
Give product presentations, demonstrations, and answer queries.
Target Achievement:
Work to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Logistics:
Manage product samples and inventory.
Education:
Keep healthcare providers updated on new products and medical advancements.
