Medical Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid background in B2B sales, and a passion for the medical field. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical offerings.
• Manage accounts effectively to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities within the medical sector.
• Utilize strong communication skills to present product information clearly and persuasively.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.

Experience

• Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is must
• Strong background in B2B sales with demonstrated success in account management.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Technical sales experience is a plus, along with proficiency in conducting product demos.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market data and identify growth opportunities.
