Medical Representative

Job Summary: As a Medical Representative (MR) based in Mohali, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing detailed product information, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets. - Provide detailed product information and answer queries to support prescriptions. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare and submit sales reports to management regularly. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree - Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to persuade, and a customer-focused approach. - Experience: Prior experience as an MR is a plus, but not mandatory.
