Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists within the assigned territory. The role focuses on product detailing, relationship-building, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong market visibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and chemists regularly to promote assigned products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to healthcare professionals.

• Generate prescriptions from targeted doctors and convert them into sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and medical staff.

• Ensure availability and visibility of products at chemist shops.

• Plan daily visits and maintain territory coverage efficiently.

• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports.

• Participate in cycle meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.

• Manage product samples, marketing inputs, and inventory responsibly.

Qualifications Required:

• B.Sc., B.Pharma, BBA, or any graduate degree.

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply (pharma sales preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

• Good knowledge of Delhi territory and local areas.

Skills Needed:

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Basic computer skills for reporting.

• Time management and target orientation.

• Positive attitude and willingness to travel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,579.14 - ₹35,000.00 per month
