Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales and business development team. The MR will be responsible for promoting the company’s skin care and wellness products/services to doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and potential clients, driving brand awareness and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Visit clinics, dermatologists, skin specialists, and healthcare professionals to promote products/services
✔ Build and maintain strong professional relationships with medical practitioners and other stakeholders✔ Present product features, benefits, and usage information effectively✔ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets✔ Generate leads and ensure prompt follow-up✔ Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and follow-up actions✔ Provide customer feedback to the internal team to support strategy improvements
Skills & Requirements
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong sales and persuasion abilities✔ Confidence in field sales and territory management✔ Basic knowledge of skin care products and dermatology is a plus✔ Valid driver’s license (preferred)✔ 12th/Graduate or diploma in related field (preferred)
