Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our medical team. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering patient data, medical records, and other relevant information into our database.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
2. Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Ensure compliance with medical record-keeping regulations.
3. Data Quality:
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in data entry software and electronic health records (EHRs).
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems.
2. Attention to Detail:
