Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative (MR) for Nutraceutical Products in Delhi NCR, your role involves sales and promotion of vitamins, supplements, and dietary products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Promoting and selling nutraceutical products to target customers, developing strong relationships with them. - Conducting regular sales visits to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and health practitioners to provide information about the products. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Gaining in-depth product knowledge and educating healthcare professionals on product benefits, features, and usage. - Analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and providing feedback on customer preferences. - Participating in sales strategies, product launches, and promotional events. - Attending training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and preparing reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or related field. - Experience: Previous experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, especially in the nutraceutical industry, is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, with excellent sales techniques. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
