Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medical Representative (MR) to join our

pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting company

products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors and

patients, understanding patient needs, and ensuring timely delivery of medicine

requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

-Promote and explain the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors,

-pharmacists, and healthcare providers.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, and healthcare

professionals.

-Understand patient conditions, their medicine requirements, and offer suitable

product solutions.

-Communicate regularly with patients to gather feedback and ensure treatment

adherence.

-Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely availability and delivery of

medicines.

-Educate patients on the correct usage, dosage, and benefits of medicines.

-Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and customer interactions.

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

-Stay updated with the latest in medical knowledge, product features, and industry

trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in the pharmaceutical industry (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

-Good understanding of medicines, patient care, and healthcare practices.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build trust with patients and doctors.

-Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.

-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

-Residing in or familiar with the South Delhi area.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards + incentives based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
