Medical Representative (MR) (2+ yrs Experience)

About the Role:
Adarsh is seeking dynamic and people-oriented Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our healthcare outreach team. This role is not focused on product sales, but on building meaningful connections with doctors to ensure patient referrals and raise awareness about Adarsh’s healthcare services. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the medical community and our patient care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Adarsh’s patient care services
• Build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals to encourage patient referrals
• Conduct regular visits and meetings to maintain strong rapport with doctors
• Educate doctors and medical staff about Adarsh's offerings, benefits, and case handling
• Follow up with doctors to track feedback and address concerns
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations, and referral data
• Understand patient needs and communicate the same to the internal care team
• Stay updated on healthcare trends and competitor outreach strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science/Pharma background is a plus)
• Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in MR, healthcare, or field work welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Self-motivated, approachable, and goal-focused
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/territory
• Basic knowledge of computer tools (MS Office, CRM or report management tools)

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in doctor engagement, patient coordination, or hospital marketing
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local/regional language
• Understanding of patient referral networks or hospital operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
