Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products (Ayurvedic formulations such as Arthomegh, Diabamegh, etc.) to doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, and stockists.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Conduct product presentations and detailing to healthcare professionals.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market.
• Maintain records of daily calls, prescriptions generated, and follow-up actions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Key Requirements

• Non-science graduates with strong sales skills may also apply.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Passionate about healthcare and Ayurvedic medicines.
