Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Representative to lead the development of our Doctor Consortium Network. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical marketing, or healthcare business development, with a strong network of doctors across specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and onboard doctors from various specialties to form consortiums.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Present and promote Medyseva’s consortium model to doctors, explaining its benefits and impact.
• Strategize and execute plans to expand the doctor network across multiple regions.
• Ensure active participation of onboarded doctors and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for network expansion.
• Travel extensively to meet doctors, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharma marketing, or business development in the healthcare sector.
• Strong existing relationships with doctors across specialties.
• Proven ability to build and expand professional networks in the medical field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
