Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Medical Receptionist role based in Jaipur. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing reception duties, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and maintaining an organized and welcoming medical office environment. Working closely with healthcare professionals, the receptionist will also utilize medical terminology to effectively assist patients and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
• Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with health-related terminology
• Experience working in a professional Medical Office environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of organization
• Customer service experience and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is a plus
