Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-presented and articulate Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling front desk operations, possess excellent communication skills, and create a warm, welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records and ensure smooth coordination with doctors and staff.
• Handle billing, receipts, and other administrative tasks as required.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist in managing daily office operations and support administrative requirements.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (preferably in the Eye Care / Healthcare industry).
• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Residence: Candidates residing within 7–5 km radius of Chembur preferred (exceptions can be considered for genuinely interested candidates).
• Age: 30 years and above.
• Gender: Female (Married preferred).

Work Schedule:

• Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Week Off: Any one day of the week
