Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Medical Doctor, located in Pune. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and advising on preventive healthcare measures. The Medical Doctor will also collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Remuneration

70% of patient fees for Doctor, 30% of patient fees to the Clinic. Doctors have to dedicate fixed time slots and for their availability and no shows (which are not an emergency) are not permissible. Patient fees will be mutually agreed.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DNB/MBBS) and valid medical license
• Experience in patient diagnosis, treatment, and follow-ups
• Ability to interpret diagnostic tests effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and preventive healthcare measures
• Experience working in an outpatient setting is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team of healthcare professionals

Clinic Location

AHC-OPD Kalyani Nagar (Ground floor, near Bank of Maharashtra), 4 OPDs available with fixed time slots. Standard Revenue Share 70:30.
