Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Doctoral Intern located in Pune. The Doctoral Intern will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting in the design and implementation of community programs. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members, preparing reports, and engaging with local communities to gather insights and feedback. Qualifications Strong research and data analysis skills Experience in community engagement and program implementation Proficiency in report writing and documentation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of social issues and development strategies Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, or related field Previous experience in non-profits or community projects is a plus
