Job Title: Certified Medical Coders Location: Coimbatore Duration: Long Term Job Description:  We are hiring 200 certified Medical coders to support high-volume medical coding operations. Candidates must be proficient in reviewing medical charts and validating applicable codes in compliance with HCC coding standards. Key Responsibilities Review and abstract medical charts with precision and accuracy. Validate HCC codes based on clinical documentation and coding guidelines. Maintain a daily production target of: 120 charts for abstraction-only tasks. 130 charts for combined abstraction and validation tasks. Ensure quality benchmarks of 95% accuracy consistently. Collaborate with team leads and QA personnel to resolve discrepancies and improve coding outcomes. Participate in urgent weekend tasks when required; additional compensation will be provided as per mutually agreed rates. Candidate Profile Strong understanding of risk adjustment models and coding compliance. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high quality and productivity.
