Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong network of doctors to promote and position targeted products in Orthopedics, Podiatry, Dermatology and IVF specialties.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with individual practitioners, hospitals, clinics, and purchasing groups in allotted territories.
  • Foster trusted relationships by proactively understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Provide in-theatre technical support to surgeons during procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and company leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales, marketing, and financial targets for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Ensure sales of products within the approved pricing framework.
  • Guide customers on maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet mutual expectations.
  • Initiate and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Maximize product utilization across all applicable systems at client locations.
  • Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to the sales manager and marketing team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related healthcare discipline.

    (Preferably Male)

  • Minimum 2 - 4 years of proven experience in the medical device industry is mandatory,

    (Freshers will not be considered)

    particularly in orthopedics, rehabilitation, pain management, implants and/or cosmetic dermatology.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business objectives and meet sales targets
  • Non-healthcare domains cannot be considered

  • Strong understanding of the medical sales process and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong planning skills.
