Medical Biller

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in medical records management and/or medical billing to ensure accurate documentation, coding, and billing processes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, review, and update patient medical records ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA).
• Prepare, review, and process medical billing claims, including coding, charge entry, and claim submissions to insurance providers.
• Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and resolve billing discrepancies or claim rejections.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in medical records management, medical billing, or a related healthcare administrative role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and basic billing procedures.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and medical billing software.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
