Job Description

Suyash Hospital Raipur is looking for Medical Administrator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Staff Management: You supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, including medical secretaries, receptionists, medical records clerks, billing specialists, and administrative assistants. This involves hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Patient Services: You oversee patient services, ensuring that patients are greeted courteously, appointments are scheduled promptly, and inquiries are handled professionally. You may establish and enforce policies and procedures related to patient registration, check-in, check-out, and patient confidentiality.
Medical Records Management: You are responsible for the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of medical records and health information. This includes ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and implementing electronic health record (EHR) systems or other record management technologies.
