Job Description: As a Paid Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in a Digital Marketing Agency by developing, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and Marketplace ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on leading businesses with a mix of branding and performance campaigns, with the opportunity to manage app campaigns as well. You will work closely with Account teams to translate client needs into effective campaign strategies that exceed expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed and technical reports to showcase campaign performance for both clients and internal stakeholders. Mentoring junior team members and collaborating with ad tech vendors to execute campaigns will also be part of your key responsibilities. Having experience with ad serving solutions, tag management, and operations will be advantageous, along with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced work environment will be crucial for success in this role. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to understand business outcomes from clients, create compelling pitches that include media strategy and execution plans, and drive new client closures. Your pitch quality, depth of thinking, and storytelling ability in presentations will be essential in communicating strategic digital media plans to CXOs. You will be required to develop innovative solutions to position the agency as a cutting-edge source for digital media strategy. Creating digital media strategy and campaign plans, iterating as needed, and securing approval from clients will also be part of your role. Overall, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in media technology platforms, possess a team player mindset, and think strategically to drive business outcomes effectively. Skills Required: - 2.5 - 3+ years of experience in media technology platforms - Understanding of marketing funnels and media planning - Proficiency in Syndicated tools such as GA, GDS, GTM, Comscore, etc. - Familiarity with optimization platforms and trafficking platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) - Strong team player with the ability to think strategically - In-depth understanding of Meta, Google, and marketplace ecosystem - Experience with third-party platforms is a plus,
