Please Note: The candidate is expected to operate under EST, time zone


Daily pacing reports delivered via email to client each morning, ensuring all in- market

campaigns on are target to meet goals. Reports will include templated charts

(Tableau/Datorama and/or excel) with insights into factors driving pacing against

goal. Where campaigns are off-target, optimizations will be recommended. client and

Zoo will develop SOP outlining which optimizations require client approval and which

GDW can make autonomously. Daily pacing reports will include on-going

performance numbers to maintain trending.

• GDW Partner to conduct weekly QA of automated performance dashboards

(Datorama, Tableau), flagging any anomalies to client Redbox team and supporting in

any platform updates required to address data aggregation.

• Weekly Optimization recommendations delivered via email, building on insights

from pacing and QA to deliver recommendation platform changes to drive greater

outcomes.

• Bi-weekly IAS Brand Safety monitoring, reviewing campaigns against media ad

safety and quality metric benchmarks established by client (viewability, Invalid Traffic,

Brand Safety, MFA, Geo accuracy)

• Completing Monthly, Quarterly, & Campaign Wrap Reporting deliverables for client

review prior to client delivery, developing insights summarizing campaign

performance, impact of recent optimizations, and optimization recommendations

for further performance enhancements. client and Zoo will review, and Zoo will revise

per any client Q&A / feedback prior to client delivery.

• All reporting deliverable templates will be shared by client

• Supporting Ad Hoc requests for performance updates, including developing

performance insights, identifying root cause of results, and recommending

optimization to improve performance


Required skills:

1. Ability to analyse large data sets and extract actionable insights to support business decisions.

2. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

3. Ability to pull, compile, and deliver campaign performance reports across multiple channels. 4. Ability to deliver accurate reports under tight timelines.
