Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan and execute media buying strategies across print, outdoor, digital, and other traditional platforms.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of vendor contacts and media inventory across multiple cities.
  • Liaise and negotiate with media vendors to secure cost-effective placements.
  • Coordinate branding site installations and conduct field visits for quality checks.
  • Track media performance and ensure timely delivery of media assets and campaign materials.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for ongoing campaigns and vendor agreements.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks related to media execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in B.A., B.Com., Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in media buying and planning.
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable with field visits and site inspections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic reporting tools.
