Role & responsibilities :- Translate Excel buying approvals from the media planner into our buying-tool MediaWizard (MW) Provide the system with all given parameters like budget, GRP, CpGRP, time-zone-share, channel mix, net-reach or other relevant KPIs. Verification if all given KPIs are reachable with a simulation by the system MW Booking selected ad-breaks via automatic buying at the vendors and transmit all bookings to our data-management tool DAP. Booking-management in DAP: create and manage orders, synchronization bookings with the vendors, apply and maintain discounts. Preferred candidate profile Must be able to understand and interpret various data (absolute numbers; Indices; percentages) Proactive and communicative Accuracy Excel skills Analytical understanding English- or German-speaking/-writing Willingness to translate and understand German texts independently and proactive Understanding of German/European way of communication and culture (having stayed in Europe or worked for a European company for a couple of months is an A++) Ask whenever things are unknown or even unclear
