Job Description

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta/Google/TikTok.
  • Build audiences, funnels, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene: budgets, bids, exclusions, placements, frequency, CTR, CPA.

Performance Optimization

  • Daily analysis of KPIs, attribution, and funnel performance.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, hooks, and formats.
  • Improve ROAS and reduce CAC through aggressive iteration.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with designers/content team to brief high-performing ad creatives.
  • Translate insights into angles, hooks, and winning formats (UGC, reels, static, carousels).

Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up pixels, event tracking, UTM mapping, offline conversions.
  • Weekly dashboards with CPL, ROAS, revenue impact, spend trends, and next steps.

Market & Competitor Insights

  • Research audience shifts, competition patterns, and creative trends.
  • Recommend new offers, funnel upgrades, and scaling opportunities.
