Media Buyer, Lead Generation Specialist

As a Media Buyer at our company, your role will involve setting up and managing lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You will collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad creatives and ensure they align with platform best practices. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring campaign budgets, analyzing performance data, and staying updated on industry trends in Facebook and TikTok advertising. Additionally, you will support in campaign optimization and contribute to data analysis to drive future strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup, launch, and daily management of lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. - Support in researching and identifying target audiences, demographics, interests, and behaviors for lead generation goals. - Collaborate with the creative team to optimize ad creatives for lead generation objectives. - Monitor and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI for lead acquisition. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates. - Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data and conducting A/B testing. - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within Facebook and TikTok advertising. - Contribute to data analysis to derive insights and inform future strategies. Qualifications: - Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads for lead generation. - Awareness of TikTok Ads Manager campaign structure and ad formats suitable for lead generation. - Ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in campaign setup and data analysis. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms and best practices. - Effective communication skills within the team. - Problem-solving skills for basic campaign-related issues. - Prior experience in lead generation or digital marketing is a plus.
