What You’ll Do:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads

  and

  Facebook Ads

  campaigns
• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Track and report key performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, etc.)
• Write compelling ad copy, test creatives, and optimize for conversions
• A/B test ad variations and landing pages for continuous improvement
• Manage budgets across multiple accounts with performance accountability
• Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes and trends
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive campaigns
• Generate client reports and performance insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in

  media buying

  on Google Ads & Facebook Ads
• Deep understanding of

  campaign structures

  , bidding strategies, pixel setup, tracking & attribution
• Strong grasp of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager)
• Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or local business campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and clients simultaneously
• Sharp analytical mind with creative instincts
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic platforms
