What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis Track and report key performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, etc.) Write compelling ad copy, test creatives, and optimize for conversions A/B test ad variations and landing pages for continuous improvement Manage budgets across multiple accounts with performance accountability Stay updated with the latest ad platform changes and trends Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive campaigns Generate client reports and performance insights Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience in media buying on Google Ads & Facebook Ads Deep understanding of campaign structures , bidding strategies, pixel setup, tracking & attribution Strong grasp of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager) Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or local business campaigns Ability to manage multiple ad accounts and clients simultaneously Sharp analytical mind with creative instincts Bonus: Experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or programmatic platforms
