This role is central to Adrill Media’s mission to deliver high-performance campaigns for D2C and local service brands.


🧠 Responsibilities:


  • Design

    high-converting ad creatives

    (video/image) for Meta (FB/IG)
  • Run, monitor, and optimize FB/IG ad campaigns
  • Analyze hook performance, audience data, CTR, CPL & ROAS
  • Test different offers, angles, hooks rapidly
  • Collaborate with team for funnel improvement
  • Maintain organized sheets & reporting systems
  • Keep pulse on ad trends and competitor creatives


✅ Qualifications:


  • 1–3 years running paid ad campaigns (Meta ads a must)
  • Strong experience in creating D2C or local service ad creatives
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut/Premiere, Google Sheets
  • Results-first mindset – knows how to kill bad ads fast
  • Bonus: Experience with Roofing, Education, Fitness, or Services niche
  • Strong written + visual communication
  • Fast executor, ownership mindset, no hand-holding needed
