Job Description

CX product owner on all Medallia Experience Cloud (MEC)

Should be Open to 1-10 PM IST shift

Responsibilities:

Configuration of different tasks in Medallia Experience Cloud (covering surveying, email

invitations, reporting and user management) in the already programmed measurement

structure and dashboards requested by technical implementation lead, based on

provided materials/ instructions and in alignment to platform best practices

Coordination of the sending process and correctness of country level prepared

organizational and invitation files (for manually operating countries).

Coordination of the URL/email masks enablement process for all involved markets.
Close cooperation with digital CX lead to ensure alignment with the already existing and

planned digital measurement structure.

Collaboration with the whole CX team and Medallia's support to troubleshoot and resolve

any technical issues that may arise during and after the implementation process.

Stay up-to-date with MEC features and developments introduced in the platform by the

producer.

Proactively propose optimisations and fixes in how the program is functioning.

Requirements:

Proficient knowledge of Medallia Experience Cloud, based on previous professional

experience with the platform

Attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
English language proficiency
