Mechanical Technician

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician Trainer who is passionate about teaching and sharing technical expertise with aspiring automotive professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures, along with the ability to train students in both classroom and workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions for students in automobile/mechanical systems.
• Teach topics such as engine systems, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical wiring, and diagnostics.
• Demonstrate and guide students in hands-on repair and maintenance procedures.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Update course content and stay current with new automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with management to improve the training curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience (workshop, service center, or technical training).
• Strong practical knowledge of automotive systems and tools.
• Prior experience as a trainer/instructor preferred (not mandatory).
• Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi or Punjabi (English is a plus).
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young talent.
