HiTech Academy is looking for a smart, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our students, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide excellent support to ensure smooth day-to-day academy operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner. Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages. Maintain student records, registrations, and appointment schedules. Provide information about courses, products, and services. Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication. Manage daily office administration tasks. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer knowledge. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
