Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor located in Raipur. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, conducting inspections, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical systems. The role involves daily supervision of maintenance tasks, coordination with team members, and adherence to safety standards and protocols to maintain uninterrupted site operations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills to lead and manage maintenance teams effectively
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
• Proficiency in Inspection and Maintenance of mechanical systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
