Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Visakhapatnam. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance and operational activities, ensuring that mechanical systems operate efficiently. Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance teams, conducting regular inspections, and addressing equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high performance standards within the maintenance department.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead maintenance personnel and ensure smooth operations.
Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to ensure equipment reliability and minimize operational disruptions.
Proficiency in Inspection to assess equipment condition and identify potential issues for timely resolution.
Hands-on experience in Maintenance to address and repair mechanical systems efficiently.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement and maintain a culture of workplace safety.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential to promptly address operational challenges.
