Mechanical Supervisor

You will be responsible for calibrating and testing flow meters based on established procedures. It will be your duty to document calibration results and maintain accurate records for quality and traceability. Additionally, you will have to plan and monitor daily activities for mechanical assembly and the calibration lab. If you come across any non-conforming products or calibration issues, you should identify and report them. In case calibration results fall outside tolerance, you are expected to support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Routine maintenance and cleaning of the calibration facility will also fall under your responsibilities. You will also assist in developing or improving calibration procedures and process documentation. Utilizing computer systems such as ERP and Excel for recording production and calibration data is an essential part of the role. It is imperative that you comply with ISO standards, safety guidelines, and internal quality management systems. Collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams is required to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
