Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight:

  Oversee and manage the day-to-day mechanical production activities related to the assembly of drilling rigs.

• Quality Control (In-House):

  Rigorously inspect and track the quality of all incoming raw materials and parts utilized on the drilling machinery to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.

• Outsourced Job Management:

  Conduct regular visits to partner and supplier premises to monitor the production schedule, verify manufacturing processes, and inspect the quality of outsourced components being produced.

• Compliance & Reporting:

  Ensure all mechanical procedures and materials adhere to industry standards and company quality protocols, providing timely reports on material status and production progress.

Required Skills

• Freshers are welcome with a passion in heavy machinery, manufacturing, excavators or drilling rig etc.
• Hydraulic Circuit understanding puts more weightage.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical components, Hydraulic materials (Pumps, Motors, etc.), and manufacturing processes (welding, machining, assembly).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to travel frequently to domestic partner and supplier locations for inspection.
