Relevant Industry:

Design and develop HVAC and Plumbing systems for US-based building projects.
Perform heating and cooling load calculations, equipment sizing, and system selection.
Prepare HVAC layouts, ductwork, and piping drawings during Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) stages.
Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping.
Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, and isometric drawings.
Coordinate HVAC and plumbing designs with architectural, electrical, structural, and fire protection disciplines.
Work closely with US-based MEP consultants and respond to design comments and markups.
Ensure designs comply with US codes and standards such as ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, and applicable local AHJ requirements.
Assist in preparing design narratives, schedules, and technical documentation.
Follow internal quality control procedures, project standards, and documentation guidelines.

Desired Profile of the Candidate

3 - 8 years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing design.
Prior experience working on US-based building projects is mandatory.
Strong understanding of US design codes and standards (ASHRAE, IMC, IPC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP experience preferred.
Experience with HVAC load calculation software such as HAP, TRACE, or equivalent tools.
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with international clients.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
