The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Design structural systems for commercial buildings by U.S. codes, particularly ASCE 7-16. Utilize at least one FEM software such as STAAD Pro, RISA 3D, SAP2000, Bentley RAM SS, or equivalent for analysis and design. Collaborate with our U.S.-based team and Indian drafting staff to develop complete construction drawings. Review and adapt existing design templates and layouts as per project requirements. Communicate proactively with team members to clarify design issues and ensure high standards of structural integrity. Stay updated on relevant codes and practices, particularly ASCE standards.
