Role Overview:

you may also have the opportunity to visit restricted military / civil aerospace installations and interact with operators in the field and may have the privilege of interacting with decorated soldiers and officers of the Indian armed forces.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have

  • Proficiency in

    FEA software

    (Comsol, Ansys, or similar)
  • Experience in

    structural analysis of large, welded structures

    and

    bolted joint analysis

  • Proven experience in building

    fully functional field prototypes

 

Good to Have

  • Experience with

    Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD)

    or

    Flex Body Dynamics

  • Experience setting up or managing a

    mechatronics workshop/laboratory

  • End-to-end ownership:

    concept → design → production → product launch

  • Familiarity with

    global and Indian manufacturing ecosystems

    and supply chains
  • Ability to quickly learn and advise on

    certification and compliance plans

 

Team & Project Collaboration

  • Experience working in a

    start-up

    or

    agile development

    environment
  • Strong

    multidisciplinary approach

    to engineering problem solving
  • Ability to foster

    camaraderie and mutual respect

    within a diverse team
  • Role is on-site from our Hyderabad / Bengaluru offices and may need up-to 25% travel
