Responsibilities

Collaborate with electrical and embedded systems engineers to design next-gen motion systems (linear motors, actuators, etc.)
Assist in CAD modeling, prototyping, and thermal/structural analysis of mechanical sub-assemblies
Support testing and iteration of high-performance components including housings, mounts, and custom motion hardware
Contribute to design reviews and bring a fresh, critical perspective to novel mechanical problems
Work hands-on with tools, materials, and sensors to validate designs in the lab

Who you are

Final year
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
or recently graduated
Curious, hands-on, and self-motivated with a solid grasp of core mechanical concepts (dynamics, materials, thermals)
Comfortable with
CAD tools (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / etc.)
and ideally some basic simulation (FEA, thermal, etc.)
Bonus if you've worked on DIY projects, robotics, mechatronics, or participated in competitions like Formula Student, SAE Aero, or robotics clubs
Not afraid to fail fast, learn quickly, and get your hands dirty
Preferably Based out of Pune or Mumbai
