Mechanical Engineer

Qualification: BE/B-Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 4-7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily installation of plumbing systems, such as water supply (hot and cold), drainage, sewage, and rainwater harvesting.
• Oversee the installation of fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, valves, and fire alarm systems.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, such as civil, structural, and electrical, to ensure proper system integration.
• Lead and manage the work of subcontractors and site technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• WIR certification to sub-contractors and quality checks .
• Ensuring safety and quality at site execution locations .
• Authorization of PTW and permit systems
• Installation of Plumbing services in toilets , residential projects .
• Completion of quality snags and HOTO snags .
• Following Job card procedures and ensuring the quality of work .
• Preparation of BOQ , daily progress report , coordination issues at site
